Electroplating Dryers
The electroplating dryer (also classified as a centrifugal spin dryer or industrial dewatering machine) is an essential surface finishing apparatus deployed during the pre-treatment and post-treatment stages of electroplating lines. By leveraging high-speed rotational mechanics, this plating drying cell rapidly extracts surface water and moisture from bulk parts, preventing substrate oxidation and eliminating water spots.
The series is named by internal basket diameter (Φ), covering all operational scales from R&D laboratories to continuous heavy-duty mass production lines:

- By Quality Specification: For standard rust prevention, select basic centrifugal models; for premium finishes requiring no water spots or oxidation, select hot-air or vacuum drying models.
