Manual E-Coat Line
The manual E-coat line is a fundamental, entry-level configuration for the electrophoretic coating industry. This manual electrophoretic station features a simplified overall structure and requires low capital investment, making it the preferred baseline solution for small-scale processing plants, R&D prototyping, and small-batch order fulfillment.
This flexible batch painting equipment has zero restrictions regarding workshop floor space or ceiling height. It is perfectly adapted for the cathodic or anodic electrocoating of various metal workpieces in small quantities and diverse varieties, such as:
- Precision Hardware: Small clips, fasteners, and brackets.
- Automotive Accessories: Small interior or engine compartment spare parts.
- Lighting Components: Decorative fixtures and lamp housings.
This compact coating architecture is integrated with essential high-performance modules:
- Core Processing Tanks: Includes acid and alkali resistant electrocoating tanks, pre-treatment rinsing units, and post-treatment curing/drying stations.
- Power & Filtration: Equipped with specialized E-coat power supplies and Ultrafiltration (UF) units.
- Conductive Hardware: Features simplified rack conductive assemblies to ensure stable electrical contact during the deposition process.
This manual painting setup relies on human operation to complete the entire workflow, including workpiece racking, tank transfer, immersion, and process switching. To ensure coating quality, the system is supported by basic electrolyte agitation and temperature control devices, allowing for precise manual oversight of the coating thickness and finish consistency.
