Chemical Dosing System
The automatic chemical dosing system is an intelligent, fully integrated chemical management station that merges chemical dissolving, mechanical agitation, proportional volumetric dosing, and automated feedback loop control into a single platform. This precision metering dosing equipment consists of specialized chemical storage tanks, heavy-duty metering pumps, industrial agitators, centralized electrical control panels, and inline liquid analytical sensors.
This automated replenishment setup monitors real-time feedback signals from the chemical stream—such as volumetric water flow, pH values, Oxidation-Reduction Potential (ORP), and electrical conductivity. Guided by these parameters, the system executes automated, precise, and non-stop continuous dosing of flocculants, acid/alkali neutralizers, biocides, anti-scalants, or reducing agents.
Through modular hardware clustering, this smart chemical management system can be custom-configured into multiple spatial layouts, including dual-tank/dual-pump configurations, or expansive multi-tank/multi-pump arrays tailored to multi-stage wastewater treatment and plating solution maintenance.
