Anodizing Line
The anodizing line is a specialized electrochemical oxidation system engineered for aluminum and aluminum alloy products. Through a precise anodic oxidation process, this aluminum finishing line generates a dense, uniform, and highly adsorptive alumina layer on the workpiece surface, significantly enhancing wear and corrosion resistance. Specialized configurations of this anodic coating cell are also adaptable for the surface treatment of magnesium, titanium, and zinc alloys.
This versatile anodizing equipment is designed for the high-performance anodizing of various light metals and alloys, including: Aluminum and aluminum alloys, magnesium, titanium, and zinc metal components.
This integrated anodizing architecture consists of several high-performance core modules:
- Overhead Gantry Hoist: The primary automated transport engine for heavy-duty rack movement.
- PLC Fully Automated Control System: Intelligent management of motion logic and process parameters.
- Acid and Alkali Resistant Tanks: Durable processing units designed for specific electrolyte chemistry.
- Agitation & Rocker Mechanisms: Specialized swing structures to ensure electrolyte uniformity.
- Auxiliary Support Systems: Includes cooling units, filtration systems, and exhaust modules.
This unmanned oxidation station utilizes the gantry hoist to automatically execute product transfer, lifting, tank immersion, and process switching. By integrating precise electrical control with automated handling, the system ensures consistent film thickness and quality across large production batches without manual intervention.
